Diode laser for hair removal that meets all the requirements of The Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare: the effectiveness and safety of In-Motion D ™ devices have been confirmed by numerous clinical and technical tests. The equipment shows high efficiency and reliability. Thanks to the implementation of the international standard ISO 13485, the scrap rate or service cases is close to zero. The operating time to failure is 3,000 hours of continuous radiation, this value is enough to work every day for 12 hours seven days a week with a full customer traffic for 7 years.
MAIN ASPECTS:
High assembly quality, reliability of the element base. Our engineers have specialized education in the field of production and maintenance of medical equipment and constantly improve their knowledge and skills at professional development activities. The main suppliers of the element base are already established large companies: emitter - Limo (Germany), water cooling system — Aquatec (USA), air cooling system — Ebmpapst (Hungary), electronic components TME (Poland). Only high-quality components and materials are used for the manufacturing of our equipment, which is confirmed by certification.
We produce plastic body elements and frames ourselves. After the production release, the body elements are painted and covered with a protective varnish, after which they are dried at a temperature of 35 degrees. The varnishing takes place in a specialized vacuum room. Varnish is used to protect products from the adverse effects of the environment. Thanks to the use of varnish, the service life of plastic is significantly extended, a durable protective layer prevents the surface from mechanical damage, chips, scratches and cracks.
We have developed control boards that produce a set of output parameters corresponding to the latest research and the extended theory of selective photothermolysis, which ensures high efficiency of our equipment.
For better tolerability of the procedure, we have developed an Intellectual Cooling System (ICS™) , which maintains the desired temperature of the sapphire in contact with the skin. The main principle of operation is that the higher the density of the transmitted energy, the lower the cooling temperature of the sapphire. Due to this, hair removal is as comfortably as possible for the patient. Also, our engineers have developed a Peltier refrigerator driver board, which has increased the operating service life of this element by 2 times.
